DJ exel. Pauly (* 15. June 1978 as Markus Pauli) is a hip-hop - DJ from Germany .

history

In 1994 DJ founded exel. Pauly with the three Hamburg rappers Reimagent, Knauf Kinski and Kerem (until 1998) the band Skunk Funk . Since 2000 he has also been a tour DJ with the band Fettes Brot . He also produced beats, cuts and remixes for Fettes Brot. In 2002 his first mixtape, Sample Paulizei Vol. 1, was released . After the great success of the first mixtape, he released Sample Paulizei Vol. 1 and his new mixtape SamplePaulizwei on a double CD four years later . He can often be seen playing in various clubs in Germany. Since 2012 he has been active as a DJ with the band Deine Freunde , who plays music for children, and in 2014 he won the HANS Hamburg Music Prize with the band.
