D mol is a Montenegrin pop - band . You represented Montenegro at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv , Israel with the song Heaven .
history
The band was put together in 2018 by Daniejl Alibabić . He already represented Serbia and Montenegro at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 with the band No Name . He also serves as a mentor for the group.
On December 18, 2018, it was announced that the group would participate in the Montenegrin preliminary decision Montevizija 2019 . First they should participate with the song Ti . But later it became known that they would compete with the English-language song Heaven .
On February 9, 2019, they won the preliminary decision with 68% of the audience votes in the superfinal and thus competed for Montenegro at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv , Israel . However, they failed to qualify for the final of the competition.
