The Dames Ligue 1 2003/04 was the 18th season to determine a champion in Luxembourg women's football . The FC Progrès Niederkorn was the champion for the sixth consecutive win on points with runner- Etzella Ettelbrück . To reduce the league from fourteen to eight teams, six teams had to be relegated at the end of the season.
