Blais started internationally for the first time at the Junior World Championships 2016 in Sofia and finished 22nd in the all-around competition and 12th place in the relay. The following year she was fourth with the relay at the Junior World Championships in Innsbruck . At the beginning of March 2018 she won the gold medal with the relay at the Junior World Championships in Tomaszów Mazowiecki . In addition, she won there 19th place in the all-around competition. She made her World Cup debut in November 2018 in Salt Lake City . There she took 30th place over 1000 m and seventh place over 500 m. In the following month she achieved her first podium in the World Cup with third place in the relay in Almaty . In the 2019/20 season, she reached ninth place overall with five top ten placements over 1500 m. In addition, she was third with the relay in Salt Lake City and Calgary and second with the relay in Nagoya and Dordrecht and won her first World Cup victory in Shanghai with the relay. At the Four Continents Championships in Montreal in 2020 , she won the silver medal with the relay.
