Daniel Borrillo

Daniel Borrillo (* 1961 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an Argentine legal scholar and publicist .

Life

After finishing school in Buenos Aires, Borrillo studied law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires . At the age of 24 he moved to the University of Washington, where he continued his studies and also took philosophy and sociology . In 1987 Borrillo moved to the University of Strasbourg for further studies . Borrillo has been teaching law at the University of Paris-Nanterre since 1992 . He also worked as legal advisor for the French AIDS organization AIDES for several years .

Since the beginning of the 1990s, Borrillo wrote various books that deal mainly with the topics of homosexuality , PACS , discrimination and sexual orientation .

Borrillo is a member of the European Commission on Sexual Orientation Law (ECSOL) .
