Daniel Alberto Carnevali (born December 4, 1946 in Rosario , Argentina ) is a former Argentine football player.

Carnevali was the goalkeeper of the Argentine national football team in the early 1970s . The goalkeeper of the Spanish first division club UD Las Palmas played for Argentina at the 1974 World Cup in Germany . His team just prevailed against Italy in the preliminary round. Carnevali, however, was taken out of the Argentine goal after disastrous performances in the second final round against the Netherlands and Brazil and replaced by Ubaldo Fillol , who became the new goalkeeper of the national team and four years later with Argentina world champion.
