from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Daniel Friedrich Wanzlick (born February 15, 1819 in Rixdorf ; † June 19, 1877 there ) was a local politician .

Life

Until June 11, 1873, Wanzlick held the office of village chief ( Dorfschulze ) and, in this function, took care of, for example, the dues to the landlord in Bohemian-Rixdorf . Wanzlick is the last Bohemian descendant as Schulze in town.

There is evidence that the Wanzlick family had lived in the house at Richardstrasse 87 since 1822 . After the huge fire of 1849, many houses, including that of the Wanzlicks, in Deutsch-Rixdorf and Böhmisch-Rixdorf were destroyed. In 1852 the politician started a new building at Berliner Straße 10 (today Karl-Marx-Straße ).

His grave is in the Böhmisch-Rixdorfer Friedhof in Neukölln on Karl-Marx-Platz.
