Daniel M. Klocke

Daniel Matthias Klocke (born September 5, 1982 in Berlin ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

From 1989 to 1993 he attended the Grunewald primary school in Berlin and from 1993 to 2002 the Gymnasium zum Grauen Kloster ; High school diploma . From 2002 to 2006 he studied law at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg . From 2007 to 2008 he was a doctoral scholarship holder from the state of Saxony-Anhalt. From 2007 to 2008 he completed a postgraduate course in business law ( LL.M.oec ). From 2008 to 2010 he completed his legal clerkship at the OLG Celle . In 2011 he worked at the European University Institute with Hans-Wolfgang Micklitz . From 2011 to 2014 he was a research assistant at the chair for civil law, labor law and social security law ( Armin Höland ). After receiving his doctorate in 2012 and his habilitation in 2015 - awarding the venia legendi for civil law, labor law, civil procedural law and legal theory, he represented professorships in Halle an der Saale , Frankfurt an der Oder and Hamburg from 2015 to 2017 . Since 2017 he has held the chair for civil law, business law, labor law and legal theory at the EBS University of Economics and Law Wiesbaden. In 2018 he was elected a member of the academic senate of the EBS University of Economics and Law Wiesbaden.
