Club career

In June 2010 the defender was loaned to the Grasshopper Club Zurich for a limited period of one year.
In June 2012 the Grasshopper Club Zurich took over Daniel Pavlović and gave him a 2 year contract. In 2013 he celebrated his greatest success to date with the cup win against FC Basel . In 2013 the Grasshopper Club Zurich extended the contract with the defender until June 30, 2018.
