Daniel Sobkova (born July 17, 1985 in Linz ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Sobkova began his career in the steel city of Linz in the youth of LASK Linz . In 2000 he came to FK Austria Wien , where he was part of the amateurs' squad for a year. For the 2004/05 season he was awarded to SV Ried and rose to the Bundesliga with the Innviertel team . The following season he made his debut in the highest Austrian league, but went to the end of the lending agreement to SC Austria Lustenau in the First League . With the Vorarlbergers he was able to prevail quickly and became a fixed point in the starting XI. After convincing performances in summer 2010, LASK Linz brought him back. But he could not gain a foothold with the Linzers, who overwintered at the bottom of the table, and moved back to SV Grödig in the first division for the 2010/11 spring season .

With the Grödigern he wore the number 7 and should help the team to establish itself in the first division, which he also succeeded.

From 2012 to 2014 Sobkova was involved with SV Pasching. With Pasching, Sobkova won the Austrian Cup, in the final of which he headed the decisive goal to make it 1-0 against Austria Wien .

For the 2014/15 season Sobkova moved to SC Austria Lustenau in the second division . After four years with Lustenau, he stayed in Vorarlberg and switched to the fourth-class club Schwarz-Weiß Bregenz for the 2018/19 season .
