Danilo Fernando Evangelista de Souza (born November 29, 1983 ) is a former Brazilian soccer player .
Career
The midfielder began his career at Forza Esporte Clube and later moved to SC Corinthians Alagoano . With this club he became Brazilian youth champion. In the early 2000s he came to Germany and initially played for the district division TV Preussen Werl from 2004 to December 2005 . Then de Souza moved to the association league club Westfalia Rhynern . In the summer of 2007, de Souza signed a contract with Rot Weiss Ahlen . There he came to four missions in the then third-class regional league and 25 missions for the second team playing in the Oberliga Westfalen .
In 2008 the next change followed, this time to the second team of SV Wehen Wiesbaden , for which de Souza played 26 times in the Regionalliga Süd. He now joined the western regional division Bonner SC , where he came on 31 missions. For the 2010/11 season, de Souza returned to Westfalia Rhynern, with whom he was relegated from the NRW League . In the summer of 2011 he switched to the Swedish second division team Assyriska FF from Södertälje , where he signed a contract for two and a half years.
During his time in Sweden, he made 23 second division appearances and four goals. Several tears of the cruciate ligament threw him back again and again. In August 2014, the Westphalian league club SV Lippstadt 08 de Souza signed. Two years later, he moved to the second team of Arminia Bielefeld . In summer 2017 he ended his career and became assistant coach at SC Paderborn 07 .
