Danny Michael is a sound engineer .

Life

Michael began his career in the mid-1970s and made his film debut in 1976 with the fantasy film Angels . In the early 1980s he also worked on a few documentaries . His main focus was film, but he was also active in television productions, including the series Law & Order , The Unusuals and Allegiance .

1989 he worked for Mississippi Burning - The root of hatred together with Robert J. Litt , Elliot Tyson and Rick Kline for the Oscar in the category Best Sound nominated, but the award went this year to Clint Eastwood's biopic Bird . In the same year they were nominated for the BAFTA Film Award in the category Best Sound for Alan Parker's drama, together with Bill Phillips .
