Darío Carreño (born January 13, 1988 in Monterrey , Nuevo León ) is a Mexican football player on the position of a striker .

career

Born in Regiomontano, he began his professional career at his hometown club CF Monterrey , with whom he won the Mexican football championship in 2010 and then twice ( 2011 and 2012 ) the CONCACAF Champions League . At the end of 2012 Carreño moved to CF Pachuca , where he was only a regular in the 2013 Apertura . Also in his next stations UANL Tigres and Chiapas FC he was no longer used very often, so that at the beginning of 2016 he moved to the second division club Cafetaleros de Tapachula , where he was again a regular player.
