action

The twin brothers Simmi and Sammi are sent to boarding school for the summer. The re-education center is run by the strict Falconetti, who forbids all forms of games and entertainment. When Simmi gets in trouble because he interrupted a school lesson, he is locked in the "room of reflection" to think about his wrongdoing. However, hidden in the room he finds a bag of marbles. Together with his brother Sammi, classmate Micro and Falconetti's niece, Matilde, they form the marble gang and play various pranks, such as defacing the statue of the school founder Esperanza at night, each leaving a marble as a trademark.

When Falconetti tries to clean up the vandalism left by the marble gang, he accidentally breaks part of the statue and finds a map showing a route to hidden diamonds under the school. When, while performing one of their pranks, the Marble Gang discovers how the school security staff slash open hundreds of stuffed animals during the night, they decide to investigate. The marble gang sneaks into Falconetti's office and finds the card and an old report about the school, which shows that Esperanza's school was originally a school full of games and toys. The marble walk decodes the clues on the map and solves the related puzzles as Falconetti pursues them, and ends up in a room full of toys. Falconetti finds her and locks her in the toy room, but the gang discovers a machine into which they have to put several toys that they picked up while following the clues and exploring the school. Music starts playing at school, and students and teachers discover that it comes from the statue of Esperanza. The underground room in which the marble corridor was locked begins to spiral upwards into the school yard, where all students and teachers are gathered. The other students begin cheering on the marble gang while Falconetti is captured. The film ends with Sammi remembering how "we never found the diamonds, but it [was] the best summer we've ever had" and the 5 members of the marble gang hold their last marble and it in the air throw. It turns out that the diamonds were hidden in the marbles.
