content
A train suddenly stops in the open and does not continue. Shortly afterwards, the passengers, including several musicians, went to a small pub nearby where they could find shelter and initially play music, eat and get drunk. However, they quickly realize that they are not welcome here and that the different characters do not harmonize with one another. The song rehearsed by the musicians with the refrain Život je lep ( Life is beautiful ) soon becomes a grotesque farce.
criticism
"Bitter allegory of the often divided Yugoslav society, which reflects the social and political conditions of the 80s."
Trivia
In the end credits of the film, the Icelandic song Hjá Þér by Guðmundur Haukur is played.
