Career

Brembly, who is descended from a Polish mother and an American father, began playing basketball in a club in his youth in Berlin , where Bill Borekambi was one of his teammates. In 2011, the son of a Polish mother went to Poland, where he joined the first division returnee Trefl from Sopot . Here he played in the second team and came in the 2011/12 season to two short appearances in the top Polish division Polska Liga Koszykówki (PLK). On his return, the old champion immediately won the cup and the runner-up behind local rivals Asseco Prokom Gdynia , who had taken over the championship team from Trefl years earlier. In the following season Brembly came to another 13 appearances in the top division and was used for the first time in a final squad of the German youth selection teams in the U20 European Championship finals in summer 2013, in which Germany only the final placement game after defeats in the second round won for eleventh place. In the 2013/14 season Brembly was an integral part of the Trefl Sopot squad, where he came up with almost eleven minutes of playing time per game in the PLK. After Trefl was eliminated in the main round in 2013 in the first play-off round for the championship, they finished third in the Polish championship in 2014.

Brembly was signed by the German first division club medi BBC from Bayreuth for the 2014/15 basketball Bundesliga . Here he exceeded expectations and was immediately nominated for Team National at the BBL All-Star Game , where he won the three-way competition in the supporting program and took second place in the slam dunk competition .

For the 2015/2016 season, Brembly moved from Bayreuth to Ratiopharm Ulm . After a season, Brembly left Ulm again and joined the Eisbären Bremerhaven . He broke his metatarsal in August 2016 after suffering the same injury in April 2016. The 2017/18 game year was the statistically more successful of its two in Bremerhaven: Brembly played 17 Bundesliga games during that season and scored an average of 6.2 points per game. In June 2018 he moved to Central German BC within the Bundesliga . After a year at MBC, he was presented as a new addition to Bundesliga competitor MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg  at the beginning of June 2019 , but returned to MBC at the end of October.
