Dawit Minasiani (Давид Минасиани; born July 14, 1992 in Bakuriani ) is a Georgian ski jumper and ice hockey player who plays at Bakurianis Mimino in the Georgian ice hockey league.

Career

Ski jumping

At first, Minasiani was active as a ski jumper. He has not yet participated in any international competitions. At the Georgian Championships in 2013 in his hometown of Bakuriani , he won the gold medal.

ice Hockey

From 2014 Minasiani appeared in top class in Georgian ice hockey. At club level, he plays for Bakuriani's Mimino in the Georgian ice hockey league . He made his debut for the Georgian national team in 2015 at the Division III World Cup . At the World Championships in 2016 , 2017 and 2018 he played in Division III. He also represented his colors in the Olympic qualification for the 2018 Winter Games in Pyeongchang .
