After an earthquake in Los Angeles , water collapsed into a tunnel in the subway . There are Dillon Johansen and four other people who cannot escape. Stan Marshall leads the rescue operation.
John Ellis hid containers of toxic substances near the scene of the accident. He worries that someone might discover the containers during the rescue attempt. The commissioned mafiosi should prevent this.
Reviews
Rich Rosell compared the thriller on www.digitallyobsessed.com with the thriller Daylight from 1996. The film tries to be exciting, but it doesn't succeed. Roy Scheider seems "tired".
