Daynellis Montejo Poll (born November 8, 1984 in Santiago de Cuba ) is a former Cuban Taekwondoin .

Career

Daynellis Montejo won the bronze medal at the 2005 World Championships in Madrid in the weight class up to 49 kilograms. At the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2007 , she was eliminated in the opening round as in 2011 in Guadalajara . In 2008 she took part in the Olympic Games in Beijing in the weight class up to 51 kilograms. Although she lost to Buttree Puedpong 0-1 in the first round , but won the subsequent two fights in the hope round . In the second fight, she defeated Yang Shu-chun , so that she received the bronze medal.
