Days of Wonder

Days of Wonder is a board game , card game and online game publisher based in California , USA and Paris , France . Since its inception on October 1, 2002 , Days of Wonder has published games in over 25 nations. The Game of the Year 2004 award for Zug um Zug made Days of Wonder successful in Germany too . Some games can be played online through the DoW website.

Days of Wonder has been part of the French publishing group Asmodée Editions since 2014 .

The train to train series

The board game Ticket To Ride by Alan R. Moon was published in Germany in 2004 under the title Zug um Zug and sold more than 500,000 times worldwide. With the addition of new game boards (Europe, Switzerland and Scandinavia) and game elements (e.g. train stations or passengers), the game system was expanded into an extensive series in the following years.

Small World

Small World is a strategic board game for two to five people, developed by Philippe Keyaerts and illustrated by Miguel Coimbra . It is based on Vinci , an earlier board game by the author, and is about the rise and fall of numerous peoples in the fantasy world "Small World".

Memoir '44

Memoir '44 is a World War II strategic board game released on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy . The game author is the American Richard Borg . A German version of the game was dispensed with for political reasons (one of the players takes on the role of the German Wehrmacht ), but German-language game instructions and command cards are now available, which were translated by German fans on a private initiative and can be obtained from the official DoW website can.
