The Dayton Demonz were an American ice hockey team from Dayton , Ohio . The team took part in the Federal Hockey League between 2012 and 2015 .

history

The franchise was founded in 2012 under the name Dayton Devils as an expansion team for the Federal Hockey League . For legal reasons, however, the name of the franchise had to be changed to Dayton Demonz before the start of the 2012/13 season . In 2014 the team won the Commissioner's Cup , the FHL 's championship trophy.

The team played their home games in the Hara Arena with a capacity of 5500 .
