Değirmenli is a small town in the Turkish district of Erbaa in Tokat Province . Değirmli is located in the Black Sea region about 12 km northwest of Erbaa and 90 km north of the provincial capital Tokat at 260 m above sea level. The area around is flat to slightly undulating. The soils are productive. The climate is mild in winter.

Değ Firmenli has the status of a Belediye and in 2009 had a total of 2,314 inhabitants. The place has a primary school, a mosque and a health station. Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi won the municipal council elections in 2009 .

The place name can already be found in the tax registers of the 16th century.
