DeWitt-Nunatak is a 1295 m high nunatak in Queen Elizabeth Land in West Antarctica . In the Patuxent Range of the Pensacola Mountains, it rises 11 km west of Snake Ridge on the north flank of a step made of ice.
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Steven R. DeWitt, meteorologist at the Palmer Station in the Antarctic winter of that year 1966.
