Dean Walle

Dean Walle (born May 3, 1970 ) is a former German basketball player .

career

Walle played in the youth of Osnabrücker BV, for BG Bramsche / Osnabrück in the basketball Bundesliga and for the second division teams of TK Hannover and Osnabrücker BV.

In the 1995/96 season, the 1.91-meter-tall builder and winger was part of the TTL Universa Bamberg Bundesliga squad .

After his basketball career, Walle worked as an editor for Basket magazine, and  his clients included players such as Robert Garrett , Steffen Hamann and Dirk Mädrich as a player consultant . In 2005 Walle emigrated to the United States, he settled in Los Angeles and received a work permit through a raffle for the green card . He later took on the US citizenship. From 2007 to 2009 Walle worked for the Bundesliga club EWE Baskets Oldenburg in the screening of players, in 2009 he worked decisively on the development of the German-language website of the NBA . As a US correspondent, he worked for numerous German television, Internet and print media. In addition, he was again active as a player advisor and agent.
