Deborah Louz (born February 6, 1980 in Leidschendam ) is a Dutch Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 57 kilograms.

Louz took part in the student world championship in 2000, but has only started regularly in international competitions since 2006. At her first World Cup in Beijing in 2007 and the 2008 European Championships in Rome , she was eliminated in the opening bout. However, the 2010 European Championship in Saint Petersburg was successful . Louz beat Edina Kotsis in the quarterfinals , reached the semi-finals and won her first international medal with bronze. The following year, she played the World Cup in Gyeongju , and when she made it to the round of 16, she achieved her best ever World Cup result. In January 2012 Louz lost the decisive battle for third place against Marlène Harnois at the European Olympic qualification tournament in Kazan and narrowly missed qualifying for the 2012 Olympic Games in London .
