Deewana Mastana ( Hindi :; German: Crazy Companion ) is a Bollywood comedy that was released in India in 1997 .

action

Raja is a petty crook who sells train tickets on the black market. Fed up with his job, he's looking for new ways to make money quickly. One day he and his friend Ghafoor steal 2.5 million rupees from their home station and disappear with the loot to Mumbai .

At the airport in Mumbai, Raja falls to the psychiatrist Dr. Neha Kapoor and immediately falls in love with her. Ghafoor pretends to be mentally ill so Raja can befriend Neha. Troubles begin when Bunnu, the son of a wealthy businessman, goes to Neha for treatment. He soon falls in love with Neha too.

Raja finds out that he has a rival and tries by all means to win over Neha.
