Literary activity

Delphine Zanga Tsogo dedicated her first novel, Vies de Femmes ( Eng . Life of Women ), to her three daughters, her sisters, friends and all the women who influenced her and the book. She chose the title of the book deliberately because she wanted to give a voice to all the women who had confided in her but never spoke publicly. In particular, she also addressed the issue of sexuality and the exploitation of women by wealthy men. The main character of the book, Dang, encounters both prostitutes and married women in the novel and brings these voices to the book. Her second book, L'Oiseau en cage (Eng. The bird in the cage ), deals with the issue of gender equality and the suffering of women in patriarchy . However, both books do not represent extreme feminism.
