The Delta Creek is a 65 km long left tributary of the Tanana River in the interior of Alaska .

The river is fed by the Trident Glacier at an altitude of around 850  m in the northern Alaska range . Delta Creek flows north. After 6.5 km the Hayes Creek , the outlet of the Hayes Glacier , flows into the Delta Creek on the left. This continues its course north and finally flows into the Tanana River 25 km northwest of Big Delta . 18 km above the mouth, the Delta Creek forks into two river arms, which reunite after 10 km. The Alaska Highway runs along the north bank of the Tanana River across from the mouth of Delta Creek. The Delta River runs almost parallel 25 km further east and the Little Delta River about 18 km further west.
