Demjanzi ( Ukrainian Дем'янці ; Russian Демьянцы Demjanzy ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 1,400 inhabitants (2004).

Demjanzi was first mentioned in writing in 1155 and lies on the banks of the Iltyzja ( Ільтиця ), a tributary of the Trubisch and on the T – 10–25 territorial road . Demjanzi is the administrative center of the eponymous, 9.36 km² district council in the north of Pereyaslav-Khmelnyzkyj district , to which the village of Kharkivtsi ( Харківці ) with about 450 inhabitants belongs.

The district center of Perejaslav is located 8 km southeast and the capital Kiev is about 85 km northwest of Demjanzi.
