Dennis Spiegel
Dennis Spiegel is an American author of lyrics and film music , which has been active since the early 1980s and has worked on many productions. He was awarded an Emmy in 1992 for his contribution to Witch Hunting in LA , and with Alone Yet Not Alone he was temporarily nominated for the 2014 Academy Awards in the Best Song category - co-composer Bruce Broughton had the song opposite the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences mentions what was considered a possible influence and thus led to disqualification.
He is a central member of the Society of Composers & Lyricists and was honored for his commitment to strengthening this community of interests.
