action

Dr. Mason is in the hands of a criminal company. In a remote research laboratory, under the supervision of gangster The Pig , he develops a "cold bomb" that freezes human life to death in seconds. So that the gun does not fall into the hands of the criminals, he puts his formula on a microfilm , which he implants under the scalp of his assistant. She should flee and turn the information over to the FBI . After burning his papers, he takes his own life.

Although Pig is now empty-handed, he tries to resell the weapon. At the same time, he sends his henchmen out to track down Mason's assistant. In the meantime, the police have learned of a test explosion in the desert. The karate fighting machine Lt. Detective Ash is put on the case. A chase ensues after the knowledge of the cold bomb, in which Ash gets from one hand-to-hand fight to the next, but with his superior martial art he kills one and the other henchman of The Pig . He gets help from his friend Li, who is also a karate fighter.

After several unsuccessful attempts, Pig finally gets hold of Mason's assistant. But even under threat of torture , she does not reveal her secret. She can secretly inform the police and is personally rescued by Captain Gallagher. She tells Gallagher about the microfilm, only then does he reveal himself as the criminal's informant. Ash, however, sees through the game and can save the woman. He chases after Pig and his right hand who escaped with the microfilm. After more fights there is a showdown. When Pig finally threatens to escape on a plane with the film, Ash hits the tank with his pistol . The plane explodes.
