action

Dr. Bill Cortner is a hopeful scientist whose beautiful fiancée Jan Compton is beheaded in a car accident . He takes her head to his laboratory, where he resuscitates it and keeps it alive in a bowl.

In order to be able to give her a new body, Cortner decides to look for a victim in the red light district and to murder him. Compton himself is shocked by this and decides for her part to kill Cortner because he doesn't allow her to die.

She uses telepathic powers to influence a mutant who is locked up in a laboratory cell and causes him to kill Cortner's assistant first and then Cortner himself. Then the mutant flees with a victim that Cortner has chosen as a body donor and lured into his house. Meanwhile, the entire house burns down and Compton dies with a mad laugh too.
