criticism

Ernst Schumacher stated in the Berliner Zeitung that the staging does justice to the work, even if it certainly emphasizes today's interests. The “misanthropist” feels very friendly to people, the performance gets by without antics and without cramps. Rainer Kerndl described the premiere of the play in New Germany as a brilliant and exquisite comedy theater, as he would like to see it more often on the stage.
