The Franco-German Yearbooks were a Parisian opposition magazine edited by Arnold Ruge and Karl Marx . The only published edition of the series appeared in February 1844 as a double edition in Paris. The edition included letters from Marx, Ruge, Ludwig Feuerbach , Moses Hess and Michail Bakunin , Marx writings on the Jewish question and introduction to the criticism of Hegel's philosophy of law , Friedrich Engels ' outline of a criticism of economics and a poem by Heinrich Heine .
