German Futsal Championship 2020
The German Futsal Championship 2020 is the 15th edition of the German Futsal Championship . The final round took place from August 13th to 16th, 2020 in the Sportpark Duisburg . The VfL 05 Hohenstein-Ernstthal defeating in the final the SSV Jahn Regensburg with 6: 2 and secured the second time the German league title.

The champions and runners-up of the five regional associations of the DFB qualified for the German Futsal Championship.
mode
The five regional champions and the runner-up from the best regional association are automatically qualified for the quarter-finals. To determine the best regional association, a performance table was used, which takes into account the performance of the teams in the last three German championships. In 2020, the bye went to the runner-up of the Northeast Regional Association. The four other runners-up already intervene in the tournament in the preliminary round. The runner-up from the second best regional association meets that of the fifth best and the runner-up from the third best regional association meets that of the fourth best. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic , the final round was held in the form of a tournament at a central location.
