German handball championship (women) 1966

The champions of the five regional associations South, Southwest, West, North and Berlin had qualified for the final round of the ninth German women's indoor handball championship. First a preliminary round game was played, the winner of which advanced to the semi-finals. The two semi-final winners contested the final of the German championship on March 26, 1966 in Essen. Bayer Leverkusen was the German champion .
