commitment

The Diamant is used for scheduled trips as well as for special trips.

incident

On December 7, 2017 at around 9 p.m., the motor ship Diamant collided with a rock about 400 meters from the Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock (NW) landing stage and leaked. As a result, there was a massive water ingress. The ship could still dock on its own. The sinking of the ship could only be prevented thanks to the rapid intervention of the fire brigade, who were constantly pumping out water. In addition, divers looked for leaks and temporarily sealed them.
