Diana Sokołowska (born February 19, 1996 in Sokółka ) is a Polish swimmer . The freestyle swimmer was the youngest member of the 218 athletes in the Polish Olympic Team in London 2012 and is 25 years younger than the oldest Polish participant in London, the canoeist Marek Kolbowicz .

Diana Sokołowska qualified for the Polish team as a substitute swimmer in the 4 × 200 meter freestyle relay.
