Katarzyna "Kasia" Baranowska (born September 13, 1987 in Stettin ) is a Polish swimmer and three-time European champion on the short course.

Baranowska celebrated her greatest successes at the European Short Course Championships in 2005 in Trieste, when she did both the 200 m (2: 10.25 min., Ahead of compatriot Aleksandra Urbańczyk ) and the 400 m individual medley (4: 33.70, ahead of the Russian) Anastassija Ivanenko) won.
