German Short Course Championships 2015

The German Short Course Championships in 2015 in swimming were from 19 to 22 November 2015 in Wuppertal Schwimmoper place and were greeted by the SV Bayer Wuppertal organized. The organizer was the German Swimming Association . The competition also served as a qualifying competition for the 2015 European Short Course Championships in Netanya . There were titles awarded in 42 competitions, with the mixed relay over 4 × 50 m freestyle and 4 × 50 m medley on the program for the first time. Dorothea Brandt was the most successful athlete of this championship with five titles (3 in singles and 2 in relay). Steffen Deibler secured four individual titles and Florian Vogel over 800 meters freestyle and Marco Koch over 400 meters individual medley set new DSV records.

Margin notes

The short course champions Paul Biedermann , Hendrik Feldwehr and Jenny Mensing had not officially qualified for the championships on their routes. For this reason, they started with a special permit for the German Swimming Association .
