Dibrowa ( Ukrainian Діброва ; Russian Диброва ) is a village in the northeast of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast on the border between Russia and Ukraine with about 480 inhabitants (2004).
The village, which emerged in 1952 from a farm founded in 1912, borders Russia 's Voronezh Oblast in the north and the Russian Rostov Oblast in the east . Dibrowa belongs administratively to the district council of Mykilske ( Микільське ) of Milowe district . Dibrowa is located about 160 km northeast of the Luhansk Oblast center and 38 km northeast of the Milowe district center .
