renaming

On October 6, 2008, the Stuttgart local edition of the Bild newspaper published an article in which the band strongly criticized the fact that it was named "Rote Tor Fraktion" and the logo with a star, which showed similarities with the terrorist group, the Red Army Fraction . However, the band distanced themselves from it, claiming that they had never intended this resemblance. In order to avoid further irritation, the name was changed to Die Fraktion .
