The churches of the world

The churches in the world is the Evangelical publishing factory in Stuttgart published series of books with different self-portraits of Christian churches. It was initially published by F. Sigg , HH Harms and HH Wolf , and later Hanfried Krüger and Günter Wagner were added to the editors . Two series were published: A (self-portrayal of the churches) and B (supplementary volumes). The series has been published since 1959, the last volume is from 1988. Further editions of some volumes were published later.
