The black hand of the Mafia (original title: Inside the Mafia ) is an American crime film from 1959 and is assigned to the genre of film noir . Even if the name and plot of the film are largely fictional, the beginning of the film is based on the murder of the mafioso Albert Anastasia and the famous Apalachin meeting that followed .
