Dieter Reinecke

Dieter Reinecke (born August 9, 1929 ) is a German film architect and production designer for television.

Life

Reinecke studied art history at the University of Göttingen and took the subject set design and painting at the Werkakademie Kassel . In 1952 he joined the film industry and began his career as an assistant production designer.

In 1954 he was allowed to work independently on a movie for the first time as a co-architect at the side of his colleague Arne Flekstad . As chief architect, Reinecke , who lives in Jesteburg , has concentrated on working on television since 1962, where he has cooperated with leading directors such as Wolfgang Liebeneiner , Wolfgang Staudte , Otto Schenk , Helmut Käutner and Arthur Maria Rabenalt . Since 1967 he put his main focus on the set images for adventure ( John Klings Adventure , Cliff Dexter , Percy Stuart ) and crime series ( Tatort , Derrick , The Old Man ).

Reinecke also set up entertainment shows for television, including forget-me-nots with Peter Frankenfeld .
