Dietrich Joachim Theodor Cunze

Dietrich Joachim Theodor Cunze (born March 28, 1760 in Schöningen , † October 1, 1822 in Blankenburg ) was a German Protestant clergyman, educator and philologist.

Life

Dietrich Joachim Theodor Cunze studied since September 1, 1779 at the University of Helmstedt and taught at the local pedagogy under the director Friedrich August Wiedeburg .

Dietrich Joachim Theodor Cunze became rector of the Anna-Sophianeum in Schöningen in 1788 and was also pastor there from 1804; he went to Pabstorf as pastor in 1808, after King Jérôme Bonaparte closed the grammar school . In 1815 he became superintendent in the mountain church of St. Bartholomew in Blankenburg.
