Dikmen (kurd. Hêşerî ) is a village in the district of Kızıltepe in the Turkish province of Mardin . Dikmen is located in southeastern Anatolia at 430 m above sea level, approx. 23 km southwest of Kızıltepe, near the Syrian border.

The original name of the village is Hêşerî or Heyşeri.

In 1990, 2,894 people lived in Dikmen. In 1994, Dikmen received Belediye status . In 2009 the village had 3,288 inhabitants.
