Dirk Skreber
Dirk Skreber (* 1961 in Lübeck ) is a German artist (painting, objects, installations, video).
From 1982 to 1988 he studied at the Düsseldorf Art Academy . From 1992 to 1994 he was a scholarship holder of the Günther Peill Foundation in Düren and from 1994 to 1995 visiting professor at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe . In 2000 he received the National Gallery Prize for Young Art . In 2008 he was visiting professor at the Hamburg University of Fine Arts . He lives and works in New York .
