The DIWISA Distillerie Willisau SA is an international Swiss spirits - and soft drinks manufacturer , based in Lucerne Willisau .

The family business, founded in 1918, produces various spirits in its own distillery , including the original Willisauer Kirsch and the Swiss vodka Xellent . Since 2005 Diwisa has also been producing non-alcoholic energy and soft drinks as well as so-called wellness or lifestyle drinks. The segment now accounts for around a quarter of DIWISA's total gross profit, with the Trojka Energy brand in particular establishing itself on the market with sales of more than 16 million cans annually. In addition, DIWISA also sells externally produced spirits and sparkling wines for the catering trade and retail trade in Switzerland.

The company is active in a total of 34 countries and in 2009 generated sales of CHF 154 million with around 100 employees. DIWISA positions itself as number one in the Swiss spirits market.

DIWISA is also known to the public for its various sponsorship and partnership activities at sporting and cultural events, including the Street Parade , the Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival , the Lucerne Festival , the Alpine Ski World Cup race in Adelboden, and as a sponsor of the SCL ice hockey club Tigers as well as at various local events.
