The Diyarbakır Ataturk Stadyumu ( German Ataturk Stadium Diyarbakır ) was a football stadium in the Turkish city of Diyarbakır , Southeast Anatolia .
The stadium had 12,963 seats and was the home of the Diyarbakırspor football club . The facility was completed in 1960. On May 3, 2000, the final of the Turkish Football Cup 1999/2000 between Galatasaray Istanbul and Antalyaspor took place here. Galatasaray won 5-3 after extra time. Demolition work began in October 2016. It was replaced by the Diyarbakır Stadyumu .
